Lovia is provided by Beijing Muxiaohua Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). Important Notice
We do not integrate any analytics SDKs, nor do we collect device identifiers such as Advertising ID.
We will only process information to the extent necessary for basic startup, secure operation, and page rendering.
Only after you click "Agree" to this Privacy Policy will we enable the corresponding features, system permissions, or third-party SDKs as described in this Policy.
If you decline or do not agree to this Policy, you may still browse some basic content within the app; however, features that depend on accounts, payments, AI interactions, voice, image uploads, and similar functions may not work properly.

Where required by applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:
- Consent: We process certain data only after you have given your explicit consent by agreeing to this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

How We Collect and Use Personal Information
1.1 Registration, Login, and Account Management
Lovia supports Google Sign-In as the only login method. When you log in via Google, we collect the following information from your Google account:
- Google ID token (for authentication);
- Email address (if authorized);
- Display name (given name and family name, if authorized);
- Profile photo URL (if authorized).
The above information is used solely for account creation, login verification, account management, and account security protection.
1.2 AI Companion and Character Interaction
When you use AI companion chat, character interaction, voice chat, and image sharing features, we may collect:
- Text, images, voice, emojis, and commands that you actively input or upload;
- Conversation content and interaction records between you and characters/AI;
- Character settings, preference information, and memory settings.
This information is used to:
- Provide you with AI dialogue and content generation services;
- Maintain continuous conversations and character memory capabilities;
- Support your management, deletion, and resetting of conversations;
- Conduct security reviews, troubleshooting, and service optimization.
1.3 Membership Purchase and Payment
When you purchase memberships or virtual benefits, we may collect:
- Order number, product name, amount, time, and status;
- Payment result and transaction serial number;
- Membership level, activation time, expiration time, and renewal status;
- Refund requests and after-sales records.
All purchases on Android are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not directly collect or store your payment credentials such as bank card numbers or payment passwords. We only receive order status, payment results, and transaction serial numbers necessary to complete the transaction, for the purpose of confirming payments, activating membership benefits, displaying order records, and handling after-sales issues.
1.4 Customer Service and Feedback
When you submit feedback, complaints, or reports, we may collect:
- Contact information;
- Problem description;
- Screenshots, chat records, and order information related to the issue;
- Communication records and resolution results.
The above information is used to verify issues, contact you, handle complaints and reports, and improve service quality.
1.5 Device and Operational Information
To ensure the safe and stable operation of Lovia and conduct troubleshooting, we may collect:
- Basic device information: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone;
- Network information: IP address, network type;
- Crash logs and diagnostic information.
The above information is used for:
- Ensuring normal app operation and service security;
- Conducting crash analysis and troubleshooting;
- Preventing security risks and identifying abnormal behavior.
We do not collect Advertising ID (GAID) or any device identifiers for analytics or advertising purposes.
1.6 System Permissions
To implement specific features, we may request the following system permissions in the corresponding feature scenarios:
- Microphone permission: For voice input and voice chat features;
- Storage permission (Android 10 and below only): For selecting and uploading images.
We follow the principle of "request as needed, scenario-triggered, minimum necessary." We will only request the corresponding permissions when you use the relevant features. You can revoke these permissions through your device settings; after revocation, the related features may no longer be available, but other features will not be affected.
How We Use SDKs and Similar Technologies
To ensure the basic functionality, payment capabilities, and safe and stable operation of the app, we integrate the following third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs).
2.0 Local Storage and Session Technologies
Lovia is a mobile application and does not use traditional web cookies. However, we use equivalent technologies on mobile devices, including:
- Local storage and shared preferences: To store user settings, login status, and app configuration;
- Session tokens: For authentication and maintaining your login session.
These technologies are used solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. You can manage or clear local storage through your device settings at any time.

2.2 Special Notes
We do not integrate any analytics SDKs. No device identifiers (such as Advertising ID / GAID) are collected for analytics or advertising purposes.
The personal information processing rules of each third-party SDK are subject to the privacy policies officially published by the respective third parties.
How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Personal Information
3.1 Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We will only share necessary information under the following circumstances:

If you are a resident of the United States, the following additional provisions apply:
- Right to Know: You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, used, or disclosed about you in the preceding 12 months.

If we discover that personal information of minors has been collected without guardian consent, we will take deletion or other necessary measures as soon as possible.
